P6/7 EA

Year 6 -  Mrs E Aiken (

Welcome to Primary 6/7!

Welcome back everyone!!!!! I hope you're all excited.

During the month of September we want to try and settle back into our classroom routines. There will still be lots of handwashing and reminders as to how to stay safe whilst in school. We'll also be spending time outside in our wonderful Wildlife Garden and taking our classroom learning outdoors. This will also give us lots of time to chat safely with our friends.

There will probably be some little butterflies in your tummy at the start but we're all feeling a bit like this. Don't worry - you'll quickly settle into our new routine and we'll quickly make the room 'Our Classroom'. If you ever have any questions, no matter how small, please ask....or send me a wee email using your MySchool email address.

Laurelhill Sports Day

The combined Primary 6 year group travelled to Laurelhill Community College to take part in an inter school sports day. Some children competed in athletic events and others tried out some new sports.
A great day was had by all and we were delighted to come second overall. A brilliant performance.
The day was rounded off with a presentation of certificates by the mayor, Mr Scott Carson.

P6/7 had a great day at W5. They had a go on the climbing wall and were treated to a science workshop.
